Warranty Policy
Forza Hub New Zealand offers 6 to 24 Months warranty on all our products. We stand proudly behind our products if there are any manufacture defect(s). Damages or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident or wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy.
Please contact our Warranty claim Team via email: team@forzahub.nz. We will assist you through the warranty process. Please also mention your name and receipt number for a faster response.
Our warranty claim team will contact you to arrange the best solution for you once the information for warranty assessment is received and assessed.
Once the warranty claim is approved, in most cases, it will go through the following process. Forza Hub New Zealand will endeavour to repair any manufacturer faults if possible and return it to you at our cost.
If the repair is not possible a replacement product, store credit or a full refund will be issued at the discretion of Forza Hub New Zealand.
All returns are at customers' expense including the initial freight unless products are proven faulty.
Warranty claim process:
Please email our customer service department at team@forza.nz with the following information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Proof of Purchase and/or Receipt number
- Description and photos regarding the faults
From that point we will create a warranty claim order and fix your problem as soon as possible.
